Accomodating Victims in the Criminal Justice System: An Inclusionary or Punitive Logic?

The 4th Annual Criminal Law Conference of University College Cork’s Centre for Criminal Justice and Human Rights takes place on Friday 11th June in UCC.  Speakers include James Hamilton, DPP and Justice Paul Carney. Conor Hanly, NUIG will be speaking on the limits of the criminal justice system in regards to rape and Shane Kilcommins (UCC) will be speaking about the ‘needs and concerns’ of victims of crime.
