The ACJRD has announced details of its 7th Annual Martin Tansey Memorial Lecture. The event will take place on Tuesday 29th April at 5.30pm in the Criminal Courts of Justice, at Parkgate Street in Dublin.
The speaker this year is Professor Paul Senior from the Hallam Centre for Community Justice at Sheffield Hallam University and the lecture is titled, ‘Integrated Offender Management: Pooling Resources and Expertise and Creating Effective Working Partnerships’.
Integrated Offender Management refers to a process of collaborative, inter-agency cooperation directed towards persistent or prolific offenders in England and Wales. Prof Senior analyses the policy from its origins, through a change of government, to evaluate its cost-effectiveness and ability to reduce reoffending.
Those interested in attending must RSVP to enquiries@acjrd.ie to confirm.
